TEAM = Together Everyone Achieves More
143 lunches of peanut butter & jam sandwiches, cheese & peanut butter crackers, bananas, and Capri Suns were made with TLC and delivered Downtown to St. Mary of Mercy's Red Door Program Thursday to be handed out to the needy. Thanks to monetary donations by 8th grade families and 10 lbs of peanut butter by the cafeteria plus some savvy shopping, students were able to pack lunches very cost effectively. Excess donations will be used to purchase (highly requested) fresh fruit for the program.
