GRADEBOOK INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL & SECURE.

Directions for Obtaining Password -first time user.

1.      Log onto rvsgradebook.com (Do not type www).

2.      Type in User ID and your Email address.

3.      If you have registered last year, there is no need to register again.  Just key in the User ID and password. 

If you have misplaced your password, please email Mrs. Scalise (pscalise@saintteresas.org)  and your user ID and password will be emailed to you.

Caution:

1. This program is case sensitive.
2. Problems may arise in confusing a letter O with a zero or the letter l with the numeral one, etc.
3. Due to tight security, you will be locked out after three attempts.  If you have not been successful after two attempts, we suggest you log out, go to a different site, and then return to rvsgradebook.   If you get locked out, call the school.  We can reset your locked position so you can regain access to the gradebook website.

4.      Click on register.

5.      Go to your Email to obtain the password.—the sender name is 55241@diopitt.org

and the subject is GradeBook First Time User

6.      You will receive your confidential password.  Each child in your family has his/her own password.

Directions for Viewing Gradebook

1.      Log onto rvsgradebook.   Enter user ID and password. Click on the circle with a forward arrow.  You will see a welcome screen with your child’s name.

2.      Click on Student Detail to get a list of your child’s subjects, teachers, and current grade average.

3.      Click on the individual subject and you will see the details of the grading period.
