The following is needed to complete the registration process:
- An appointment with the principal (Grades 1 thru 8). Please call 412-367-9001 ext. 530 to schedule.
- Original birth certificate (A copy will be made and original returned to you.)
- Original Baptismal certificate (A copy will be made and original returned to you.)
- Current immunization records (A copy will be made and original returned to you.)
- Original Social Security card (A copy will be made and original returned to you.)
- Memorandum of understanding
- Pastor verification form (if applicable)
- School registration form
- Tuition agreement form completed (please note this prints on legal size paper)
- Registration fee $150.00 (non refundable)
