The following  is needed to complete the registration process:

  • An appointment with the principal (Grades 1 thru 8). Please call 412-367-9001 ext. 530 to schedule.
  • Original birth certificate (A copy will be made and original returned to you.)
  • Original Baptismal certificate (A copy will be made and original returned to you.)
  • Current immunization records (A copy will be made and original returned to you.)
  • Original Social Security card (A copy will be made and original returned to you.)
  • Memorandum of understanding
  • Pastor verification form (if applicable)
  • School registration form
  • Tuition agreement form completed (please note this prints on legal size paper)
  • Registration fee $150.00 (non refundable)

For transfer students, the following information is also required:

  • copy of latest standardized test scores
  • release of records form (completed and signed)
  • student dicipline record  (Grades 1 thru 8)
