Junior Varsity and Varsity Co-Ed Cross Country teams run in the Fall, open to students in grades 5 - 8.

2009 St. Teresa of Avila Cross Country Team

8th Grade Cross Country Team Members

This weekend the St. Teresa running titans competed in the Cross Country Championship.   There were close to 1000 runners who competed in 6 different races.

St. Teresa did exceptionally well. All four teams placed and brought home a trophy. And the Varsity girls team won the Diocesan Championship ! Congratulations to the following teams.

JV Girls: 5th Place

JV Boys: 4th Place

Varsity Boys: 5th Place

Varsity Girls:  1^st Place !

A special Congratulations to Leda Marangoni who finished first in the Varsity OPEN RACE and to Mary Malone, who came across the line in FIRST in the Varsity Championship race.
